trainzkid [1] filed an orphan request for forge-server-1.12.2 [2]: I posted a comment on this package that it fails to build over a month ago. The maintainer has responded on newer versions of the package, so I believe this older version may be abandoned. This older version of the application is still actively used by the modding community, so considering it deprecated due to newer versions doesn't quite solve the problem.
