MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pyqt3 [2]: Broken Python2 Qt3 bindings, not needed. Only the broken 'kodos' package depends on it, which is a devtool for RegEx; there are many alternatives so I submitted that for deletion (PRQ#45887).
