Broken old component from 4 years ago of the gnu cross compiler toolchain for MIPSEL.

The 'ps2' fork is discontinued for 4 years. [a] It was the vanilla copy of upstream, with no custom patches added.

Not useful to keep this package. AUR has working packages for the mipsel cross-compiler toolchain, with different versions of gcc available for this target. Those can be used to for the PS2 as well.
