When installed, from what I've tested the majority of files must be available in the same directory in order for php-language-server to "work" (stubs, vendor, src, and bin). When it does work, php-language- server takes a long time to initialize (index all the files) even when installed. This takes at least 5-10 minutes each time you open up a php file.

Orphan requests are not for asking help or poiting up problems, the pkgbuild is already orphan and it is at the last version v5.4.6 (13 Nov 2018) last commit have been on Dec 2018
