Tblue [1] filed a deletion request for selfhtml-de [2]: I have created a new split PKGBUILD for my selfhtml-fr and selfhtml-de packages; I would like to submit this PKGBUILD -- but I am "not allowed to overwrite the selfhtml-de package".
