Buce [1] filed a deletion request for imgur-cli-svn [2]:

I didn't spend much time trying to resurrect this package so maybe there's a way to keep it. But the source doesn't seem to be available via svn anymore and I couldn't readily find an alternate source via google (despite several projects with a similar 'imgur-cli' name).

I seem to recall the tool erroring out the last few times I tried using it as well, so I suspect that some changes on imgur's end made this package incompatible with it.
