MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for qweechat-git [2]: Broken Python2 based VCS package from 2020; one-time effort. While upstream is still active, this package is defunct due to unsupported source URL protocol and wrong dependencies. So as it seems no one was interested in taking up maintenance all these years, I think it's better to delete it. (Can be recreated if someone is willing to do so.)
