MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-whiteboard-git [2]: Upstream not developed since 2017, and all maintenance stopped since 2021. [a] Package is broken, and has been reported as such since 2020. [b] Also the long-EOL python-pyqt4 seems to be broken on Python 3.12. Better to delete this obsolete VCS package.
