MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for postgresql-lts-old-upgrade [2]: Broken, unneeded, abandoned PgSQL upgrade package to migrate the DB from the 2.5 year EOL v10 to the 1.5 year EOL v11. Neither PostgreSQL v10 nor v11 are available in Arch/AUR repos. Not useful to keep this any longer.
