The trac package has not been deleted (PRQ#43579 canceled), because it is not abandoned, and has been updated to Python3 recently. Whereas this AUR package from 2020 has not, and even it seem the last upstream release published to PyPI in 2022 still depends on Python2 and is just a repackage of the 2017 version of the code with some optional setup.cfg metadata added.
