MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge yesplaymusic-git [2] into yesplaymusic [3]: The 'git' package is abandoned since almost 20 months ago, and has long been broken. The stable package is maintained, so it seems better to keep only that. Apart from one comment made last month on the git package, all of its other comments are from 2 years ago or earlier.
