MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for haka-git [2]: Development discontinued in 2016. I suggest there is no need for a VCS package anymore. AUR/haka can be updated from the 2015 version with the last few commits from 2016 if need be. Safe to delete; nothing depends on this package (anyway it is broken because of python2-sphinx).
