MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge laditools [2] into laditools-git [3]: The Python2 based AUR/laditools uses GitHub user @alessio's fork, which has not been maintained since 2016. (Current stable v1.1.0 is from 2015.) Original upstream got revived on GitHub this year as LADI/laditools, and already supports Python3. The latter project does not create release tags. I propose to consolidate the project's related AUR packages so that users find only those that are maintained by upstream, and also allow them to receive timely updates, as ironing out the remaining kinks on Python3 is still ongoing.
