MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for firefox-beta-i18n [2]: Duplicates Arch/community/firefox-developer-edition-i18n. Yes, Firefox Developer Edition is Firefox Beta, with minimal differences: * dark theme by default (can be changed) * a few small extra buttons on toolbar * a separate Firefox profile that doesn't overwrite that of the regular Firefox, so the two can be installed side-by-side. This package is not properly maintained. It has been updated on 2022-03-18 to v99.0b5-1, but its mandatory dependency, firefox-beta>=99.0b5 has not seen an update since 2021-11-04. Therefore this package is not currently installable. It does not instill confidence when such a mismatch is created, especially since this language pack has the same maintainer as the main AUR/firefox-beta. There are no user comments, only one from 2018. It shows this AUR duplicate is not in high demand. This package is not useful to be in AUR. I have already submitted a deletion request for AUR/firefox-beta because that one is even potentially harmful, it can overwrite the user's default Firefox stable profile (whereas Firefox Developer Edition is a beta that leaves the user's default stable profile intact).
