Deleting python-pygraphviz will break 13 pkgbuilds on the AUR, if you don't want to manage it, disown it from AURweb page
Request #33226 has been Rejected by yan12125 [1]: "was packaged by the member of archlinux-cn" is not a reason for deleting this package. Actually, I am going to drop this package from archlinuxcn https://github.com/archlinuxcn/repo/issues/2703. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/yan12125/
