MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-vo-aacenc [2]: Unused 32-bit library from 2018 of this newer implementation of AAC encoder. Nothing depends on it, and it is unlikely that any extra-AUR bin32-only software would need it, as it it too new for those.
