FichteFoll [1] filed a deletion request for aegisub-ttools-meson-git [2]: The package has become obsolete now that the official `aegisub` package has had a new release from the same source. I don't see a way of declaring the `aegisub` package from the extra repo to be a repacement of this from the AUR itself, but I assume barely anyone is using this package anyway since it has had fierce competition over the last few years.
