MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for php70-apcu [2]: Package is broken since 2023-09-21 due to trying to install a nonexistent file called 'INSTALL'. No one complained, and former maintainer did not bother to check the build. Now it is an orphan, and php70 is an ancient legacy runtime. Not useful to keep this in my view.
