a821 [1] filed a deletion request for man-pages-ru [2]: Name conflicts with 'man-pages-ru' in [community]. This and the package in [community] use different sources, have different version numbers, and have different content as far I can see (this package seem more complete than the official one judging from the number of files). I cannot tell the difference because I do not speak Russian. I guess it can be re-upload with another name.
