Readme from 2020 says [a]: " This repository has been archived due to a lack of maintenance and no longer being used in the ROS project." Last tagged release was in 2019. Not needed on AUR: only a deprecated metapackage and the similarly discontinued and unused python-rosinstall depends on it. (Submitted deletion requests for them as well.)
