Please transfer maintainership of thunderbird-beta and thunderbird-beta-i18n to bittin. yurikoles has demonstrated low commitment, interest, and time to maintain packages. Despite having a candidate for comaintainer (bittin), he opted to ignore comments and neglect packages for many months. bittin contacted yurikoles about a year ago to request comaintainership, but yurikoles went absent for the last ~6 months without adding a comaintainer. Although yurikoles has recently stated that he has returned, he has made little progress, updating only 4 of at least ~37 neglected packages. Also, update history shows some packages were updated while he was away, so he did have opportunity to add comaintainers. It is perfectly reasonable to have higher priorities. It is also reasonable to have maintainership transferred after neglecting packages for months.
