[a] It was a Direct3D 9 to Vulkan translation layer for WINE, but unrelated to the currently active dxvk project and its predecessor d9vk. Original repo URL used in this PKGBUILD is gone, because the GitHub project owner's name got changed. [b] I recommend deletion, as it is not useful anymore to keep. Meanwhile DXVK is constantly developed and frequently upstreamed to WINE and Proton.
