MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-unixodbc [2]: Broken, long-abandoned, outdated. But no mingw-w64 package needs this. Also, UnixODBC is specifically targeted for non-Windows platforms. MS Windows has its own, native ODBC libraries. So I cannot really conceive of any purpose for which this build would be useful.
