MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-dis3 [2]: Unused Python2 package from 2020; cannot be built because of undeclared makedepend. I've mentioned this a year ago but got no response. Only the unused pyinstaller2 depends on it, which has no consumers and no user comments (submitted that for deletion under PRQ#45624). Safe to drop this package as well.
