MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mate-polkit-gtk2 [2]: Unneeded legacy lib from 2017. MATE is based on Gtk3 since 2017. The only possible consumer of this package, mate-session-manager-gtk2 (also from 2017) fails to build from source, and is submitted for deletion (PRQ#52452).
