Hello, package maintainer here. I’m grateful that Lorenzo cares about one of the packages I maintain, but it also saddens me that I am receiving his report wrapped in an orphan request. I am commited to keeping the eperiodique package in a working state, but unfortunately I can’t fix issues that I haven’t noticed myself. In this case I was’t aware of the broken dependency because I am using efl-git which, unlike efl, provides elementary. Now that I was made aware of the issue, I was able to fix it and push the update to the AUR within just 5 minutes. Lorenzo, when you are reading this, please report future issues you experience with any of my packages in the comments section before submitting a request so I can fulfill my job as maintainer; if I don’t respond in a reasonable amount of time you are free to proceed as you wish. This package is not updated from 2015. It relies on elementary dependancy that is no more provided standalone but included into efl. Thus this package is no more installable.
