MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-e3-core [2]: Unused Python2 build framework from 2020. Nothing depends on it. Upstream is much newer but only supports Python3. PKGBUILD uses pip for installation, which is not allowed by guidelines. Safe to delete this package.
