MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for aarch64-linux-gnu-openssl [2]: Orphaned package, not updated in a year. Aarch64 build of legacy openssl 1.1. Arch Linux ARM carries the pre-built binaries of this, as well as the latest 3.x version. Also last maintainer wrote a year ago that they won't continue maintaining this AUR package.
