a821 [1] filed a deletion request for communitytags-git [2]: This was an attempt to introduce "tags" to community packages, but it never caught on. Last upstream commit was 9 years ago, so the tags are very likely outdated (mind you that the community repo is gone). Also, the package is broken because github deprecated the git:// protocol.
