MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-piff-git [2]: Abandoned, defunct Py2/Py3 VCS package, hasn't been maintained since 2020. Broken because of missing Py2 dependencies. Has no votes, and only I commented about its brokenness a year ago. Got no answer. Safe to delete: nothing depends on it.
