MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge gpgme-python-git [2] into gpgme- git [3]: The former package is badly named, lacks the correct provides & conflicts declaration, and is abandoned since 2017. The maintained AUR/gpgme-git PKGBUILD has a split package 'python- gpgme-git' for the Python bindings.
