I wanted to know what it takes to be included as a official mirror so we can use <a href="http://rsync.archlinux.org">rsync.archlinux.org</a>, I am from Southern Utah University and we just finished setting up our server, we have unlimited access to a 3 gig pipe so we will prove a wonderful asset for the project.
