[pacman-dev] pacman -Qo with different root

Does this even work or am I missing something completely...

mkdir -p ~/root/var/lib/pacman sudo pacman-maint -r ~/root -Sy bash pacman-maint -r ~/root -Qo /bin/bash error: No package owns /bin/bash

That is using pacman 4.0.x from the maint branch. Allan
