Buh? Kernel modules depend on their respective kernels.
Ack. Looking at CVS it appears this is true. Perhaps things are different now, w.r.t. having multiple kernels in the repos.... we should discuss this on the dev ML. Originally, none of the modules were supposed to depend on the kernel to allow people to rebuild their own kernels and reuse the modules PKGBUILDs via ABS.
