[pacman-dev] Update current/os/i686/setup/pacman.pkg.tar.gz to 3.0.4

Now that pacman3 is in current ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/current/os/i686/setup/pacman.pkg.tar.gz should be updated to the latest version of pacman. Andrew
