[pacman-dev] [patch] 2.X series: add scriptlet output to pacman's logfile

With all the hoo-hah with people missing scriptlet messages, I figured this would be a nice addition. It adds a dependancy on 'tee', so it may just fail outright is coreutils is uninstalled, but if you're uninstalling coreutils, you deserve it.
