Just a tiny side note, but it would be awesome to support paths instead of only pure files as providers. This would allow to make the Java system default jvm directory to be managed by pacman as well instead of relying on custom archlinux-java script.
That is on the cards. I had the example of the lua include directory in the first email, but did not explicitly specify that we could symlink directories as well as files. Allan
