FYI, add comments like "This is a resubmission..." under the three hyphens above so it does not get included on the final commit message. Anyway, it looks like everything I mentioned has been deal with. Anybody else have comments here? This should remove a lot of confusion from our output (particularly with the default "/" root).

There is a rather silly mistake in the patch. I neglected to add a \ to
separate the string literal onto two lines. Sending the updated version now.
