Pacman 3.2.0 has been released to [core]. Noticeable changes in this release include much-reduced memory usage and the dropping of pacman.static. The following issues are known and will be fixed in the next maintenance release: 1. Makepkg fails to download source URLs containing the '?' character. Fixed with [this commit][3]. 2. Local mirror displays no progress bar or indications.
