Noone has signed off 4.0.6-1 yet. Just go ahead and update it to 4.0.7. Probably everyone is waiting for 4.0.7 to do signoffs.
I guess they are....guys this time I expect a signoff, I can't have these updates forever only be available in testing. Please signoff dhcpcd 4.0.7-1 for both architectures.
