[aur-general] deletion requests

The following packages should be deleted: * alsa-driver.hda-intel.hda-codec-realtek * alsa-driver.hda-intel.hda-codec-realtek-git The packages are broken (I tried updating the PKGBUILDs, unsucessfully), obsolete (as per http://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Download#alsa-driver) and orphaned.
