tpkessler [1] filed a deletion request for hip-hcc [2]: I'm part of group of people that try to get AMD's ROCm to run on Arch Linux: https://github.com/rocm-arch With its new release 3.5.0, ROCm deprecates hcc, the LLVM-based backend for this package. eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for deathnote [2]: Violates the "usefulness" criteria of https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AUR_submission_guidelines#Rules_of_sub… This is a vanity project written by the uploader with sources uploaded directly to the AUR. Its purpose is to run: pkill -9 -u $(whoami) As such, it also constitutes malware. It is also the same as the "deathnote-git" package which has a corresponding deletion request, and additionally, it was uploaded *after* my warning in https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1908348#p1908348 about the "deathnote-git" package being a rules violation.
