Otherwise, it is advisable for people to use the much newer and actively maintained openbsd-netcat implementation, built from Debian's repackage of it in Arch repo. As there is already a binary based package, currently named advanced- rest-client, carrying the same release version. I've left feedback on the latter's page for its maintainer, to maybe rename/resubmit that package with a '-bin' designation. But the important thing is, said package has the same essential functionality as this orphan one, that's why I recommend deletion. Its 2008 release was the last version supported by ocrodjvu, which on AUR still defines this pkg as a dependency. But the latter now has a new maintainer in a continuation fork, who ported that to Python 3 and dropped the optdepend on the unusable and unsupported ocropy. ocrodjvu supports several other OCR engines.
