Also in ArchLinux32, there is a working rust compiler for i686 and pentium4 (i586) platforms, so the repo for those also carries the current main librsvg 2.56.x which needs rustc. As stated by librsvg-og fork repo (last updated in 2020): "The goal of this fork is to keep the C implementation alive and up to date, to help provide librsvg for platforms without a working rust compiler."
