MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for med-salome [2]: Broken orphan from 2018; variant of repo's med package. It was created for now-legacy salome modules in 2016, but now the only salome pkg that is seen in this package's "required by" list works very well with repo's newer med package, so there's no need to keep this abandoned, very outdated legacy one. The former maintainer of those just disowned them all, indicating they don't need such packages. Last user comment here is from 2017, and the related packages are similarly abandoned by users for several years. MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for aster [2]: Unused orphan library from 2016. Only the broken orphan salome-aster plugin from same year depends on it, and I've submitted that as well for deletion. Former owner of most of the legacy salome packages, @gbs was asked a year ago if those old, broken package are still needed.
