MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-psycopg2 [2]: Very old Python2 bindings for the binary postgresql-libs. It is likely not fully compatible, as the latter has seen many major updates in the last two years. But this package is not actually needed anymore. Almost all its current dependents are abandoned and discontinued packages (pending deletion). trac current dev release is considered by upstream as a release candidate and supports Python 3 (as in trac-svn package).
