[PRQ#44454] Deletion Request for gnome-settings-daemon-oldstable

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gnome-settings-daemon- oldstable [2]: Unmaintained and unused package. Proof: broken since Oct 2022, when libgweather (meaning libgweather3.so) was deleted from repo [a], without it being uploaded to AUR. But no one noticed at all. Also, the name designation doesn't make too much sense - what is "oldstable", and according to whom? It also fails to correspond to Debian oldstable, which is on an older, single-digit main version of gnome desktop components. So it's better to delete this defunct, unused and misleadingly named package. [PRQ#44449] Deletion Request for python-tendo

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-tendo [2]: Unmaintained orphan package, last updated 7 months ago. Not useful to keep, as it has only one orphan dependent: kast, which is broken and submitted for deletion (PRQ#44434). Kast is available from PyPI, so it's better to not fool users into thinking the AUR package works. It's easy to get it via pip install. MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-vispy-git [2]: Abandoned orphan from 2015. Broken: needs packaging changes. But it seems no one wants to step up to maintain it. (There has been a few comments mentioning the issues, but none of the commenters adopted it.) AUR has a working stable package, python-vispy. I think it's better to delete this defunct one.
