grazzolini [1] filed a request to merge chkboot-git [2] into chkboot [3]: The original chkboot package is very outdated and doesn't work with more recent archlinux. I have adopted both the chkboot and chkboot-git packages to solve the issues present in both of them, and to be able to continue the development.
