[aur-requests] [PRQ#10994] Orphan Request for python2-flask-principal

Noeljunior [1] filed a orphan request for python2-flask-principal [2]: Apparently the source now requires SSL. Some user pointed this out on 20180201 and the maintainer still didn't update.
