Your next attempt to: - upload a duplicate package - request the package to be orphaned without clear and present evidence of the package being abandoned by the maintainers will result in your account being suspended. Arch Linux does not support armv6 and it is *entirely* up to the maintainer's discretion whether they wish to support additional architectures. It doesn't matter if they support other additional architectures but not armv6 -- that is not valid grounds for an orphan request and you must discuss it with the maintainers and abide by their decision.
